This ones from Rebtel. I have two posts one for new users and one for old. Read on.
New Users: You will get free 30 minutes if you follow the steps below.
Step 1: Click Here to visit: http://www.rebtel.com/ and then click on Try Now. This offer is only available for new sign ups. So, carefully follow the
steps and enter the voucher code at the time of signing up.
1. Signup for the Rebtel account using this LINK (else you will not get additional 10 minutes)
2. Click on TRY NOW button
3. Fill in the new voucher code "ShanghaiDaily" (without quotes).If that doesn't work try Krishna60min. Registration gives you 20 minutes if you follow link from here. So in all you get 30 minutes. Remember a correct phone number and email is required during registration as you can only call from the phone number you register.
Step 2: Now go to My Rebtel->Add Credit. Call the number listed there.
Step 3: Now follow the details on the post " Existing Rebtel Users" to get free 60 minutes(DEAD).

i got the free minutes, but wondering if there is any date by which these free miuntes expire? like if they should be used within the same week/month of crediting?
@swathi...Rebtel has a one year policy on its account credit. So I think your free minutes will expire one year from the day you got them.
i registered with 2 different mobile numbers and got 140 minutes. but i was able to call India cell number with only one of the mobile/account. While trying the same with another account, its saying "you cannot call this destination with free minutes, please recharge". has something changed?

can anybody tell me for how many days these minuts are valid?

Rebtel recognizes each phone. For every phone number you want to call you get a different US number. As rebtel recognizes each of your US phone if you want to call the same india number you will have to register the india number from both the accounts. You will receive a unique number for the india phone number you wish to call. So for the same india number if you want to call from a different phone you will have a different india number. Remember to register the india phone number from both your accounts and see you will receive a different number for a different US phone. Let me know if you still have problems.

ofcourse I did so by registering same Ind number in 2 different US numbers. seems they have some limit on number of times we call that particulatr Ind number? it works sometimes, but sometimes doesnt. same numer, everything same. is there any confirmation from rebtel on the same?
@swathi...I don't think there's a limit to a number you can call. Donno what exactly is the problem. I think there may be connectivity issues with rebtel. But in case if you figure out a solution please post it.
i opened a account in rebtel and later on deleted the account.Now i am not able to open again
@VIkas...I would suggest you to send a not to rebtel..Here's the link http://www.rebtel.com/en/Information/Feedback/. Tel them about your problem. They generally get back to you after 2-3 working days. Hope this helps.
donno why this issue. i registered 2 Ind mobile numbers with the same rebtel account - US mobile number. Im able to call one number, but while calling the other number, its saying "cant use free minutes to this destination, add some credit." Is there something like you can use free minutes to call only 1 Ind number for each rebtel account?

@Swathi...i don't think that you can call only one destination using free minutes...you should contact rebtel customer service in this matter....
@Himani....You have not entered any credit card details on registration...so you cannot be charged...also did you take a look at the post "Free 60 minutes-Existing rebtel customers"...

Simranjeet the local number u get is always different even for the same number you are calling from two different cell phones. Please add the number in both the accounts and you will notice that u have a different local number for each of the accounts.
