Heard of a new kid on the block - Freecall. If you have a headset and an internet connection freecall is the way to go. It offers you to call from a PC to India as well as internationally for cheap. Countries like UK, taiwan, south korea, etc. are all free to call. For India the rate is 1.5cents. Haven't heard of a cheaper deal till date. You have to download and install a software to use it. They offer a free first call service so try it before you pay for their services. Post your comments about their service and help other users.

this is 1.5 cents but in euros.. in USD it is still the cheapest for 2.1 c..
And when i register to add credit it does not give me the confirmation code on my cellphone..
